This is something that will impact all users from all kind of companies. The Ministry of Comunnications just announced that as of December 1st, 2015 every time users call the customer service call center of no matter what company in the United States will have to pay 0.50 cents/min. This has been created in order to lower the call volume and the talk time in the calls since most of the times users call their respective customer service departments just for the fun of it and to complain about stupid things.
