The south of gran canaria is set to become the hottest place on earth for the next 3 weeks. The European government has advised the canarian government to start preparing for the worst and EU war ships will be off the coast to help with extra supplys and help protect crops. All flights will be cancelled in and out during the 3 week period and if anyone has to leave there house or hotel for any reason there will be free transport but the government is urging people to stay in and has said all shops and restaurants will be closed.
