The University of Barcelona has published this week some recent discoveries that assure the first commercial exchanges were made already during the Palaeolithic. The tribes went from a village to another to trade with carved stone tools (biface, burin, scrappers, arrowheads). Any polished stone tool has been found since this type of tools weren't invented yet.
